Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be will be based in London and selling Dubai properties.
Partnering with local real estate brokers as agents to promote and sell off-plan and
ready properties in Dubai.
Market and promote completed and off-plan properties to existing clients and
potential investors globally through corporate brokers
Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities.
Travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with high-net worth
individuals and organizations to promote, market and sell off-plan and ready
properties.
Participate in Exhibitions and promotional events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' of sales experience working with Property Developers or Real
Estate Brokerage in London, UK.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
2-5 years of Experience in Windchill PDMLink and ESI Configurations and customization
Good experience in Integrating Windchill with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle.
Experience with middleware tools like TIBCO, MuleSoft or SAP PI/PO.
Good experience in publishing mBOM and process plan to ERP/MES systems.
Good knowledge of business configuration – ACL’s, OIR, Workflows, Lifecycles and Types and attributes.
Programming Knowledge of Java, JSP, XML.
Knowledge of Windchill Data Model
Analysis of Customer Requirements & Development for new enhancement requests, Build preparation for the developed requirements
Experience in MVC builders, Business Rules ,Data Utilities, etc.
Well versed with Windchill APIs
Experience on Windchill REST Services and Integrations – ERP Connector, Web Services(REST/SOAP)
Should have experience in Windchill implementation project
Should be capable enough to participate actively in client workshops, business requirements gathering meetings,
Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong track record of thriving in challenging roles and can excel in highly pressurized environments.
Understands Windchill architecture, deployment using build framework.
• GCP Infra Engineer with overall IT experience between 6-10 years
• Should have 6-10 years of relavent experience in GCP
• Experience in GCP IaaS components – Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Database, VPC, Cloud Router, Load balancer, Security
• Experience in setting up and running scaling infrastructures in GCP environments.
• Experience in Bash, Shell, Terraform.
• Monitoring log and System performance
• Experience in Cloud Assessment and Migration to GCP
• Good to have DevOps CI/CD with GCP DevOps/Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes,, Ansible, Deployment Manager, GCP PaaS Services
• GCP Certifications preferred
