Job description 
Role – Scrum Master – 1 – 2 years of Scrum exp current + background in .net development

Location – Hinjewadi Pune

Experienced and Certified Scrum Master with 2-3 years hands on experience as scrum master. Total software industry experience 8 to 10 yrs

Should be in position to manage 8 to 9 member's team effectively 

Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers

Guiding the team on how to get the most of our self-organization

Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks

Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization

Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.

Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

Should always focus on Continuous Improvement/ 

Skills Attributes:

Should be Technically sound enough to address the team roadblock on Own .Good Technical expertise on .NET, SQL server 2016, JQuery, Azure 

Excellent verbal and written English communications , Good Project management skills

Competent user of Microsoft office products including use of Word and Excel

Good organizational and time management skills

Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and flexibly with a team

Able to set priorities proactive and self-directed and manage workloads in order to meet deadlines

Exposure to Safe will be added advantage

• Expertise in Enablon’s Implementation Methods- design, implement and transit smoothly to Enablon software across verticals by leveraging client operations, complex regulatory landscape

Qualification :
• Master’s Degree in Environmental Health / Energy Management / Operations Management • Bachelors Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer science • Certification in PMP / Prince2 • Valid Iqama in Saudi

5-7 years of experience as a Aveva Wonderware Archestra Developer.

This includes: 

•             Design, Develop and implement reusable templates, graphics and control & monitoring components using the Archestra System Platform.

•             Manage Development of Test Environment and ensure all upgrades, enhancements, new versions are fully tested prior to moving to production

•             Design, Develop and Implement Wonderware InTouch HMI – Navigation, process graphics, trending, alarm and event displays, user management etc.

•             Design and Develop site reports for Productions, Exceptions, Communications etc.

•             Good experience in fetching data from OPC’s, Modbus, BACnet, Webservice, CSV’s, Databases and configuring it in SCADA

•             Develop application based on Functional Design Specification (FDS) for process graphics and Real-time Database (RTDB)

•             Good knowledge on User Acceptance testing (UAT) and Site Acceptance testing (SAT)

•             Hands on Experience on Wonderware DAServers and OPC Servers

•             Hands on Experience on Wonderware Historian Server Historian Client

•             Hands on experience on Archestra Scripting

•             Ensure interoperability testing is fully performed

•             Assist other groups with testing their equipment software
