B2P – Team Lead

Senior level position – team management experience should be there, with not less than 5 people.

Person needs to have knowledge of TDS, Indirect Taxation (IDT), People management, General Ledger, Account Payables/receivables, payroll processing, Experience into shared services (preferred) future group, Vodafone, reliance.

KRA Guidelines

1 Review open P.O/Advance/GRIR
2 Support BUs in claiming subsidies
3 Coordinate with BU for closure of open items
4 Do TDS deposit & return submission on time
5 Support audit activities
6 Do vendor reconciliation as per BU requirement
7 Circulate no due certificate to the vendors
8 Prepare & share dashboards to the B2P Manager/CoE lead
9 TDS / Expense provisioning at the time of annual closing.
10 Preparation of different MIS as per requirement
