Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement communications campaigns and strategies across all channels including digital and social media
Develop communication strategy, provide required information, monitor production to update & provide compressive communication to customers
Develop and execute signage and consistent product branding of various assets
Develop and manage content calendar, launch campaigns, and content to attract attention, generate interest and relevant updates on all channels
Responsible for creating PPTs, original text and video content, managing posts across channels
Content writing to deliver newsletters, brochures, social media content on a regular basis
Coordinate with PR and digital media agencies to run campaigns
Provide compressive communication and updates to all stakeholders and handle crisis communications
Create internal communications initiatives for employee engagement.


Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Hands on experience on digital and social media
7-8+ years’ experience working in a marketing, communications role
Experience in designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to think analytically and strategically
Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
Experience and real estate/ warehousing will be an added advantage
