Role Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing

Establish and execute sourcing plans tailored to meet the specific needs of key accounts while achieving KPIs.

Cost optimization and margin improvement

Supplier Identification and Qualification

Negotiation and Supplier Relationships Management

Responsibilities

Job Description

 

Role: MIS & Audit Manager

As an MIS & Audit manager you would be working on the overall data management of the asset including but not

limited to data collection, record, and process.

1. Record, Analyse, and Report building performance and financial metrics to the NOP team as and when

required.

2. Track the building performance in terms of utility consumptions, develop benchmarks, report deviations

budget vs actuals tracking & variance analysis.

3. Review and report the renewal of licenses, registrations, labour & building compliances for operations.

4. Act as an asset SPOC for collating data required for investor reporting, weekly/ monthly MIS, etc.

5. Collate data for Annual Budget of the asset by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

6. Responsible for audit data submission and compilation for the asset and to ensure all the data/ documents/

evidence are in place for internal/ third party/ special audits.

7. Keeping track and ensuring updates on all initiatives and activities across leasing and asset / facilities

management teams.

8. Support Property Management Team and NOP in ensuring process adherence and compliances with the

relevant stakeholders and be a custodian of internal and external data.

 

Key Qualifications:

1. Graduate with strong focus on statistics and analytics.

2. Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate or RE funds in data/ document management function is preferred.
