Site Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for handling and design of complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting discipline. – Experience in Residential/Commercial/ High rise / Mix development buildings projects.

Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction.

Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades.

Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project.

Report to Head PM

Authorities

Authority to give technical and personal instructions to the staff and the contractors within the framework of the area of responsibility.

Independent compilation of work documents of the objects according to CUSTOMERS and TCFM authority regulations.

Prepare reporting and analysis – according to Contract and/or customer definitions.

Requirements (training/knowledge/abilities)

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, business or related field with emphasis on facilities management.

Five-four years of experience in energy management, mechanical systems design, construction, and/or maintenance, or closely related field

Basic knowledge about all the relevant specialist areas of the technical building equipment

Various years of professional experience with the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment

Secure evaluation of technical correlations

Organizational ability, negotiation skills and assertiveness

Personnel management skills

Good command of English language

Good PC command, knowledge of the Windows PC programs World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, proof of completed training of BMS-use, CMMS-use

Knowledge about occupational safety/health/environment, proof of completed training and/or willingness to attend training course, if necessary.
