Job Description:

· 10+ years plus minimum experience in software testing and minimum of 3 years as Test Admin/ Architect in Tosca

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Tricentis TOSCA is mandatory.

· Relevant certifications in Tricentis Tosca are a plus.

· Hand-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, testing, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools.

· Strong knowledge of popular cloud computing platforms

· Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team.

· Project management experience leading testing engagements

· Good understanding on Testing, Automation Testing, Performance testing concepts, Agile methodology and Knowledge on cloud Infrastructure and database concepts

· Should be able to grasp concepts quickly and appreciate implications of decisions.

· Able to work well autonomously, with a focus on delivery.

· Experience in test process documentation and SDLC process adherence

· Eagerness to learn and an aptitude for picking things up quickly.

· Should be able to implement automation strategy and guide the team.

· Experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid) using the tools Selenium with Java / Python – Knowledge at scripting/coding level.

· The ideal candidate should have experience of a range of test phases, including functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and automation. There will be a wide range of domains and test phases involved in this role, including mobile app and accessibility testing.

· Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and deliver quality product by implementing Testing standards and processes.

· Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and Metrics

· Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills
