Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Automation initiatives such as Planning, refinements, daily standups, retros, end of iteration review, etc.
 

Acts as a servant leader for Automation team and provides consulting, training, coaching to ensure all Agile best practices are followed by team for proper planning, estimation, proper breakdown of automation use cases into user stories, defining acceptance criteria etc.
 

Participate in the sprint review meetings, captures feedback and ensures closure of the same.
 

Note and ensure closure of areas for improvement and action items for future sprints during retros.
 

Work as the administrator of the scrum board. Ensures that data is up to date.
 

Regular analysis of burn down charts and Agile metrics and reporting of the same.
 

Eliminates external blockers by coordinating for automation specific dependencies and also manages internal team roadblocks to ensure good flow efficiency.
 

Conducts quality controls audits with automation team to ensure compliance of Agile best practices. Maintains the gap tracker, coordinates and ensures closure of the same.
 

Reviews and provides consulting on gap closure related to process and operational execution
 

Scrum Master certification is preferable
 

Well versed with any of the tools like ADO, Rally, Jira, etc
