Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves –
Responsible to play a key role in facilitating desired transaction revenue goals as a key team member with equal focus on Retail & Luxury Residential Sales. Being an effective solution provider to the HNI/UHNI segment by managing such clients and helping the direct stakeholder with providing end to end solutions. Ability to establish and maintain active relations with UHNI/Promoters/SME’s will be crucial for success.
The incumbent should be able to understand macro and micro economic environment, competitive landscape, consumer life cycle journey progression
Conduct extensive Market Research to analyze and assess market potential, track competitor activities and provide valuable inputs to fine-tune sales, marketing and expansion strategies
Work on creating a healthy sales funnel from self, channel partners/sub franchises as well as organisation led lead generation activities
Mapping client needs to appropriate projects with a consultative approach with the end goal of monetizing such needs to organisations benefit
Creating client showcase presentations to match their requirements as well as map relevant competition around it
Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns and several other sales origination activities to create an effective brand presence, sales closures and networking
Following up with Team Members for their focus areas, activities – client meetings and follow ups and expected revenue
To apply candidates must have: –
Experience in luxury projects sales across Mumbai namely South Mumbai, Bandra West and Juhu
Must be excellent at Microsoft office – PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred BFSI cum real estate background with existing relationships of clients and partner network
