1.    Total experience, more than 15 years, post BE/BTech, Civil. Out of which at least 5 t0 7 years in the project controls lead position.
2.    NICMAR/PMP Preferred.
3.    Must have Industrial/logistic parks/ware housing industry back ground at least for the last 5 to 7 years.
4.    Candidates from PMC cos like CBRE/CW/KF/SAVILS/COLLIERS with warehousing experience background acceptable.
