Transformation Lead
Responsibilities:
• Drive Operations & service transformation
• Define Levers & KRAs bench marking for transformation YoY
• Track the progress of transformation against the defined KRAs & Report
• Cross pollinate best practices & innovation across accounts, practices & portfolios
• Liaison with NWOW and CoE teams to leverage best practices across Organisation

Required Skills & Competencies.
? Graduate/Post graduate degree with Excellent understanding of IT  Delivery & Technology Solutions
? Excellent understanding of new age delivery methodologies and practices with SAFE certification
? Initiative to drive new tasks/programs without the need for follow up and without being intimidated
? Proven track record of effective Program management and reporting.
? Good communication skills ( Oral,  written )& articulation skills
