Responsibilities :-
Should be able to interact with IT and business stakeholders to articulate LTI's point of view on agile
Should be comfortable with various flavor of agile like Kanban, SAFe and XP
Diligently performs the Sprint ceremonies and its respective needs.
Should be able to contribute to large RFP from agile solutioning perspective
Provide agile trainings to LTI and client teams on need bases
Work as Agile Champion and voice of NAUT in allocated account
Weekly / Monthly Reporting to be created
Contribute in agile CoE and organization level initiatives
Iteration/Sprint Planning meetings & Reviews
Retrospective Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.
Skills :-
1+ years as Scrum Master experience
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, JIRA.etc. Should be able to coach or train team if necessary.
Leadership Quality
Should have good exposure of DevOps practices
Experience in developing training material for agile trainings
Help product owner to refine the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for next spring
Excellent written and oral communication skills to front end employees and other stakeholders
Self-starter with quick learning ability and efficient implementation skills with respect to country nuances
Consultative and service bent of mind while dealing with key stakeholders
Proficient with MS Office skills – Excel (including functions), PowerPoint and Word
Multi-task and should be able to work under stringent deadlines
Ability to understand and work on various internal systems
