Roles and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the .NET Developer is to develop and document complex systems. This includes all aspects of the system development life cycle. The individual must have extensive development experience working with Microsoft Technology stack.
The individual must be able to work independently, prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analysis and interpersonal skills is a necessity.
Contribute to complex design sessions, work closely with Lead Developers and Architects to establish requirements to develop a given solution.
Design application using industry best practices and standards.
Excellent client handling and consultative skills is a must.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in web application development using Microsoft technologies
Strong experience and knowledge in Azure DevOps practices with automated CI/CD pipelines
OOPs concepts must be very strong, object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
Hands on experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WEB API, JavaScript
Strong hands on experience in front end technologies like Angular 2+/React/Backbone and Durandal
Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test- driven development
Strong experience with TSQL, creating and developing store procedures, functions, triggers, and experience in troubleshooting database performance issues.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering

Good to Have:

Strong knowledge on MS Azure or AWS Cloud and how to build PaaS solutions.

• Expert in Static Application Security Scan/Analysis (source code review) (SAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA) & Dynamic Application Security Scan/Analysis (DAST) – Web, Mobile, API, etc.
• Implementation & Configuration Expertise for Application Security Testing Tools in CICD environment
• Experienced in DevSecops including building Security Gates / threshold levels for build pass/fail & integration in CICD
• Experienced in variety of commercial and open-source Application Security Testing tools
• Preparing Application Security Framework based on OWASP, NIST 800-53, CSF

Certifications:
Desirable: Certified DevSecOps Professional certification, OSCP
Compulsory: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), B Tech
Other requirements:
• Good Communication skills
• Managing projects and schedules.
• Mentoring application security testers, providing guidance in testing techniques, and assisting in the development of exploits for complex vulnerabilities.
• Improving testing techniques and methodology via original research, custom tool development, defining new testing standards, and aligning testing procedures with various industry standards (OWASP Top 10, etc.).

SKILL REQUIREMENTS for an outsourced resource:

We are looking for an experienced consultant for work on our In-House Oracle ERP projects along with our internal team.

Current system overview: 

We are on Oracle EBS 12.1.3 with 12C database. We use the Core applications such as financials, HRMS, Procurement and inventory modules along with self-service.

We have standard self-service applications such as SSHR, iRecruitment and iProcurement etc and many other custom application developed using the OA framework and oracle AME (Workflow). We have approximately more than 1000 custom pages for 100s of processes. Few applications are developedusing the DOT net and ASP. 

Proposed landscape:

We are planning to launch oracle mobile applications and customize it to adopt DMI processes.

We are also planning to develop the forthcoming applications using APEX technology. 

We have the in-house team with all the relevant skill set needed for our upcoming project but we would like to increase the team size and hence looking for outsourced resource currently.

Below are skills and experience requirement:
1. Candidate should have around 10 years of programming experience
2. Should have the 7-8 years of working experience in Oracle EBZ with the thorough knowledge in Oracle Financial, procurement and HRMS modules 
3. Should have 7-8 years of work experience in JSP, OAF,ADF and APEX tools
4. Should have 5-6 years of work experience in AME and Workflow builder
5. Should have 7-8 years of work experience in Oracle forms and Reports
6. Should have 5-6 years of work experience in XML publisher and bursting
7. Should have 5-6 years of work experience in Oracle alerts and AOL
8. Additional Good knowledge in html5, dot net, ASP, Share point and mobile technology is an added advantage.

P3 – Schin
5+ years’ experience as JIRA Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes, and notification schemes required 
•    Performing complex to simple workflow/field customizations in Jira as per the user requirement and guiding them on the workflow transitions and best practices. 
•    Able to create new custom fields, field configuration, configure /update workflows, Project key, description modification, handle training Issues, JIRA Project Creation & Admin, JIRA Integration 
•    Able to customize JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, email triggers 
•    Thorough knowledge of JQL (Jira Query Language). 
•    Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA 
•    Conducting demos on the working of tools. 
•    Ability to create and manage users, roles and permissions 
•    Strong analytical skills. 
•    Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment 
•    Good Communication skills
