Job Description

 

Provide pro-active and timely communications regarding system

outages, issues, work a rounds and solution details

Managing application work request via TFS/Azure DevOps board

Package/layer software

Lead software upgrades/rollouts

Application Break-fix and coordinating issue resolution

Managing server/application services

Automate IT sustainment processes and build/maintain automation

business workflows

Design, develop and maintain automated tests

Execute manual application testing

Handling performance issues running a desktop/server application

Able to provide effort estimation for assigned tasks

Develop and update system and support documentation

Participate as a resource for projects

Provide consulting services on supported applications

Proficiencies

Proven experience as IT Support Analyst

Familiarity with Agile methodology

Ability to learn new technologies

Good verbal and written communication in English

Ability to work remotely from customers and some team members

Analytical and problem solving (troubleshooting) skills

Experience with server and desktop operations
