AbInitio Lead (Developer)

•             Create content pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost our brand awareness.

•             Produce content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.

•             Utilize SEO best practices to generate traffic to our website.

•             Develop different content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers on a regular basis.

•             Oversee our website, promote our blog and pitch articles to third-party platforms effectively.

•             Work together with different departments to create innovative content ideas.

•             Compose product descriptions to promote our products and services.

•             Prepare well-organized drafts utilizing Content Management Systems (e.g. Sharepoint, OneDrive)

•             Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in the content.

•             Research industry-related topics by combining web sources, interviews and studies.

 

Requirements:

 

•             Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field.

•             Proven 3+ year work experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter.

•             Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Weebly, Joomla, etc).

•             Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.

•             Outstanding writing and editing skills in English for a B2B as well as B2C audience.

•             Ability to handle tight deadlines.

•             Excellent interpersonal skills.

•             Ability to work independently.

7+ years of software development experience.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies – Agile/Scrum.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban team using JIRA and other issue tracking tools.
Experience in a microservices environment. (web Api/WCF Service/Http Communications)
Experience in Object Oriented Programming with various Design patterns.
Experience in IOC container-based software architectural design. (Autofac/DRY IOC/ Unity)
Familiarity with UI development methodologies (Responsive with multi device support).
Experience in .net/.net core with C#, Angular12.0, JavaScript, Typescript, node.js, Asp.net Core, WCF Service, Entity framework with repository pattern, Windows client application,
Experience in database – SQL server 2016 with SSIS (Mandatory), USP, UDF.
Experience in database design in both Schema and Schema-less databases.
An affinity for creating software that is extensible, performant, and easy to read.
Experience using the following tools: Git, Visual studio, Visual Studio Code, SourceTree, Postman, Angular, NGRX.

Responsibilities:

 

Participate in code reviews and help to guide software architecture decisions.
Write secure, maintainable code that drives Manufacturing domain-based business.;
Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
Build backend microservice/SOA architecture.

• Bachelors Engineering degree in Computer Science or relevant field

• 5+ years overall in software development.

• 3+ years experience as a Jfrog or Nexus Administrator.

• Expert on Git,Github,Jira,Jenkins and Docker

• Expert on network topology

• Expert on cloud compluting AWS/Azure

• Experience in working with stakeholders in other countries (including Europe, North America)

• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Kanban, SCRUM, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Lean Agile)

• Knowledge in Software Development Life cycle, CI/CD, DevOps practices.

• Strong knowledge in Application Security and related practices.

• Excellent skills in technical documentation.

8+ years’ experience in Functional Testing for Salesforce and Web Applications
Strong experience in Managing Testing Team
Good understanding of Testing processes, templates, best practices and guidelines
Good understanding of Agile Processes
Strong experience in Test Management tools such as ADO
Oil and Gas Business Process Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, SIT
Facilitate UAT, coordinate with Business users
Demonstrates an ability to provide estimates after reviewing scope documents, review requirements and design documents.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Product team members on requirements and scope.
Demonstrates an ability to understand Functional and Non- Functional requirements and can estimate the level of effort.
Working knowledge of Industry Best Practices related to Testing Strategies and Approach
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze complex problems in large and complex systems.

Soft-Skills:

•Possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal to facilitate with identifying and communicating risks

•Demonstrates ability to work independently to provide testing guidance to the test teams
•Can be flexible in work hours to allow for some overlap with our offshore team.

•Can work directly with the project team to resolve problems or to understand business/Technical process flows.

•Ability to identify and recommend opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement

Software Delivery Skills:

•5+ years' experience in using various testing processes, methodologies and tools are essential for managing test design strategies and writing test cases

•Experience working in an Agile environment using the SCRUM framework

•Experience using TFS/ADO for managing the Application Lifecycle

•Working knowledge of Requirements Traceability and Test Management Traceability

Good PM expertise (incl. but not limited to Scope/Schedule/Cost/Quality/Risk/Communication Mgmt. Execution Tracking & Reporting)

Experience in driving projects through Agile Scrum

Preferred this person to support Requirement documentation (perhaps a background w/ Business Analyst role could be helping here)

Preferred this person to have Experience w/ HON PMDS process
