What will you work on (as Tech Lead)?

• You will be part of a Product Team buildings best-in-class data, AI and automation platforms

• Features and Requirements understanding from Product Manager, Product Owner and Feature leads to design, build and ship products.

• Work within the agile framework for product releases.

• Work on cutting edge technologies to build enterprise Products.

• Lead and mentor the technical team.

• Leading feature grooming calls and guiding implementations team w.r.t. detailing and designing in agile.

• Must have Proven-deep-expertise with Python programming (at least 4-5 years).

• Must have working experience with Python frameworks like Django/Flask, etc.

• Must have Hands-on with OOPs concepts and Design patterns.

• Must have design and development experience with RESTFUL APIs.

• Experience in working with Database – Postgres / MySQL.

• Hands-on experience in working with Cloud such as AWS, Azure and GCP.

• Must have working experience on tools like – Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Gunicorn.

• Experience in building web applications and full product life cycles.

• Experience in managing the features, teams and guiding junior developers in the team.

• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.

• Taking ownership of your product and features.

• Capability in delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.

• Ability to design for performance, scalability, and availability.

• Good to have tools experience- Kafka, Monitoring Tools, Automation Tools – Ansible.

• Good to have Knowledge of Pandas, Numpy.

• ITOPS domain knowledge is added advantage.

Qualifications:

• 6-9 years of experience in Development and at least 2-3 years as Tech Lead experience.
