Location – Bangalore
The technical lead will be part of Custom Applications team under Schneider Digital’s Enterprise IT organization. This position requires extensive experience in web application development. This position requires ability to comprehend business requirements, solution designing, handle technical challenges and Support team of developers on their day-to-day tasks.

Experience in managing business requirement discussions from technical and functional perspective.

Analyze requirements, design, build and test system components or change requests

Complete tasks assigned related to project, monitoring execution of project according to project plan, resolving day-to-day challenges of project team and implementation in accordance with the IT development life cycle.

Always confirm to documentation, coding, and quality standards as defined.

Understand architecture of applications and code the application as per the solution design.

Prepare for and support user acceptance testing.

Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable support of the systems.

Effective Communication with internal and external customers, supervisors and management. 

Individual with 10+ years of experience with extensive hands-on experience in coding (Must).

Ability to learn new Technologies and a self-starter.

Resolve the technical issue raised by the team.

10+ years of Application development experience in one or more of the following technologies – Oracle, PL SQL, DML, DDL, Basic Admin, Performance Tuning, MVC, MVVM, C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core, SQL 2012/2014, required.

Hands-On experience with version control like GIT & managing production deployment & releases.

Detailed knowledge of Web Application Development standards, Security principles, Database design is required.

Proven ability to work on complex solutions, interfacing with large corporate systems required.

Rapid Application Development and Agile Development experience required.
