Should have an experience of Managing the project with multiple teams and have experience as a Project lead.

Should have hands on experience in developing 3-Tier Web Applications using VB and ASP dot net , XML, Web Services, Java script, Should have good skills in back end programming using SQL Server 2012 (procedure, function , tables, triggers, SQL Joins).

Should have experience on handling application performance tunings. Experience in Report development using crystal report and SSIS will be advantages, Should have requirement gathering and analysis skills.
Should have design skills. Should have good communication skills. Should have understanding of Software development and Maintenance Life cycle process. Based on the project situation the Lead is required to do the support and development work
