Job Brief: To oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to handover. This person will be responsible for project analysis, comprehensive delay and budget analysis, and seamless coordination with architects, internal stakeholders, and construction teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people skills, the ability to influence without authority, and a strong analytical mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
