Description: This role will play an active and important role in supporting Schneider Electric’s transformation project that will reshape its product-data information system. This support role will mainly involve analyzing, extracting and updating data from legacy data sources and transfer it to other systems within Schneider Electric’s ecosystem. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze requirements Work closely with global business stakeholders Analyze and extract data from legacy data sources Review, augment, and transfer data to other systems within Schneider Electric’s ecosystem Qualifications – EDUCATION: B.e/B Tech (CS or IT) Functional Skills: Total 4 to 6 years of relevant experience Competent with database (any RDBMS) Strong MS Excel skills Strong business analysis exposure Exposure to Jira or equivalent tools to aid agile delivery Stakeholder management Business / Soft Skills: Details oriented. Strong interpersonal skills and with avid passion for people development Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills. Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities.
