ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER SALES

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Residential sales for premium residential project in Koramangala, Bangalore
Monitoring pre-sales and post sales activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
Leading the Deal Closure where the transaction values are high, meeting the customers personally and leading the transactions closure
Developing and maintaining business relationships with strategic channel partners
Overall responsibility of tracking leads, customer queries, sales pipeline, customer meetings, negotiations and ensuring deal closures.
Work with all stakeholders (Construction, liaison, architects, legal, finance & back-office) to ensure site experience is best and progress of the construction is shared with customers
Ensure the business plan and annual targets are attained
