Key Responsibilities

To drive the leasing activities for the upcoming commercial properties in Bangalore region
Identifying and developing strategic alliances with various IPC’s & Brokers.
Relationship Management with Clients, IPCs and Local Property Consultants.
Co-ordinate with Clients, Architects and Project team for all fit outs works.
Developing project feasibility reports after studying the markets and analyzing emerging markets.
Analyze market data to identify local sales issues and trends and define strategies to resolve them.
Coordination with internal departments and consultants for project development and post-transaction support.
Assist the Marketing Team in the launch activities, exhibitions, presentations, brochures etc.
