Job Title : Sr. Process Engineer

 

Design experience in Process Engineering of MOC or Brownfield projects ISBL & OSBL of Refinery, Petrochemical units. Sound execution knowledge of various process deliverables and interface required with other disciplines. Should have worked in PreFEED/ FEED / Detail Engineering Projects. Quick in execution, generating technical queries, optimised Man hours estimation and presentation skill for scope briefing. Should be also able to work as Process Proposal Lead Engineer in addition to Project Execution. Should have good working experience with Process softwares like AspenPlus, Hysys, PROII, FlareNet, KORF, AFT, HTRI etc. Should be able to lead a team of 5-10 process engineers.

 

Job Title : Process Lead

 

Preparation & Review of various process engineering deliverables along with comprehensive knowledge on Quality Systems & Procedure • Development / Review of PFD and P&ID's • Perform & Review of Process engineering calculations such as Mass & Energy balances, process / utility pipeline sizing & pressure drop calculations etc. • Perform & review of process calculations related to sizing and selection of process / utility equipment • Preparation & review of specification datasheets of chemical process equipments, utility systems & ETP systems. • Co-ordinate with various stake holders of project execution team for execution of process engineering deliverables • Co-ordinate with various vendors for selection of process equipment & Technical evaluation of vendor quotes for process equipments and other utility/process package items. • Communicate with onsite / offshore team for executing the projects. • Manage a team of process engineers for execution of Process engineering scope in various project with Quality and on time • Travel to Client site within India or abroad for assignments requiring short/long term deputation.

Automation Engineer

• Hands on experience of executing Automation projects for OEM Machines – Packaging/CPG/F&B industries
Required – Deep knowledge SIEMENS/Rockwell PLC/HMI Programming.
• Desired – coding languages Python/C#/C++
• Desired – SQL Knowledge, SQL Query/Procedure
• Required – Knowledge of Engineering package for Technology Upgrade/Migration

• Desirable – Technology Oriented and Good Academic
• Desirable – fair understanding of Low Voltage Electrical Systems, Control Panel engineering, IO List preparation
• Ability to work independently and manage project whole
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to analyze the problem and provide solutions during the trouble shooting situations

CAD Tool – (Solidworks, CATIA and CREO)

Atleast one CAD tool experience (Solidworks, CATIA and CREO) , basics of mech design, GD&T (academic/ practical), shop floor or tool room exposure, willingness to learn and deliver, team player.
– Able to do Hand calculations
– Must have good communication skills , team player and should be quick leaner

Sr. Process Discipline Engineer / lead

Job Description:

Preparation and review of all kinds of process engineering deliverables. Comprehensive compliance with Quality Systems Procedure; to encourage a First-Time-Right (FTR) approach for preparation of design deliverables. Take ownership of deliverables produced & their quality.
Experience in process design of O&G and Chemical projects in an EPC environment.
Experience in PFD and P&ID development, equipment sizing, system hydraulic calculations, safety valve.
Process engineering calculations, Preparation and checking of process engineering deliverables, Clear concept of basics (basic calculation, thumb rule of Chemical Engineering)
Utility balance and calculations.
Trained in Process Simulation software applications like Aspen Plus, HTRI, UniSim
Knowledge about the development of process datasheet of column, vessel, pump, instrument etc.
Possess good knowledge safety meetings such as HAZOP etc
Interface with Leads of other departments to reflect the as-on-date input from other
departments, as applicable.
Ensure quality by adherence to company ‘s quality document and regular check of work done by Juniors.
Communicating with Customer (as and when required) for effective resolution of the various technical issues being faced
Manpower estimation, work planning / forecast and effective utilization of manpower, progress monitoring and adherence to scheduled completion of engineering documents.
Willing to take short term deputation at client’s site.
