Principal infrastructure team is looking for Middleware administrator with minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience
o Primary skills as IBM WebSphere Administrator (would be plus to have working experience with Liberty)
o Should be able to handle installation and deployment of the product independently
o Experience in maintenance, patching and installing updates
o Experience in troubleshooting operational issues, address performance issues such as fine tuning, memory leaks etc.
o Experience in automation / scripting – Java, C, C#, Python, PowerShell, Ansible etc. (anyone)
o Experience in Networking – Load balancers, proxy, SSO, Encryption, SSL configuration etc.
o Should Knowledge on Linux/AIX (Basic Operation)
o Good to have FTP Knowledge.
o Good understanding of cloud operation (AWS/Azure or any other cloud platform)
o Quick learner and self-motivated independent individual contributor
o Decent problem-solving skills, analytical skills
o Ability to work with global team (co-located staffing)
o Ready to manage on-call support (24*7 weekend support, Go-live or high severity issues etc.) on need basis
o Excellent communication skills
