We are seeking a System Integration Manager to integrate the construction processes. This role involves identifying, implementing, and managing construction technologies while ensuring they align with our commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between our technical teams and commercial operations, driving growth and efficiency through smart technological solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:-

 

– Lead the identification and evaluation of new technologies that can enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project delivery in construction.

– Collaborate with engineering, project management, commercial departments and IT departments to implement technology solutions seamlessly into our construction processes.

– Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed technological implementations, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and project budgets.

– Oversee the training and development of staff on new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

– Oversight of installation and maintenance of technology systems.

– Stay updated on advancements in construction technology, recommending strategic investments in tools, software, or methodologies that could benefit the company.

– Facilitate communication between technical and commercial teams, ensuring technology implementations are driven by client needs and commercial viability.

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field.

– Experience in a techno-commercial role will be helpful, ideally within the construction or real estate development industry.

– Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and the latest construction technologies.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

– Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to adapt to new technologies quickly.
