Hiring for AGM/SM Compliance – 4 positions

Qualifications: Any Postgraduate in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical, MBA

Years of Experience: 10-14 years

Budget – 25 LPA

Location: Gurgaon – 3 positions, Mumbai – 1 position

Responsibilities:

Assisting and guiding the business unit in implementing new regulatory and legislative requirements, compliance processes and policies

Providing timely advise /guidance on Regulatory and Compliance aspects to business in consultation with the central Compliance team

Management and monitoring accuracy of reporting of Compliances by the functional owners for the said business vertical, in Compliance Tool

Drive and monitor the Stage gating process effectively across all stages of a project lifecycle

Through ongoing monitoring and validations,

o Identify opportunities for creating/strengthening of process, policy, and qualitative improvements.

o Recognize regulatory deficiencies/gaps and collaborate with business unit to develop strategies for remediation with defined timelines.

Assist CCO in driving the Compliance framework and strengthening the business functions regulatory compliance capabilities.

Candidates with working knowledge of the regulatory environment, particularly in relation to Real Estate will be preferred.

Hiring for DGM/AGM Compliance

Qualifications: Any postgraduate with experience in managing Compliances of Offices/commercial buildings, malls.

 

Years of Experience: 12-16 years

Location: Gurgaon

Budget – 30 LPA

Responsibilities:

Assisting and guiding the business unit in implementing new regulatory and legislative requirements, compliance processes and policies

Providing timely advise /guidance on Regulatory and Compliance aspects to business in consultation with the central Compliance team

Management and monitoring accuracy of reporting of Compliances by the functional owners for the said business vertical, in Compliance Tool

Establish and continuously improve, through automation and deployment of innovative techniques, a consistent operating framework for the identification, management, monitoring and reporting of compliance risks in the business.

Recognize deficiencies and areas of improvement through sample validations and collaborate with business unit to develop strategies for remediation with defined timelines.

Assist CCO in driving the Compliance framework and strengthening the business function capabilities.
