Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of CNG compressors to ensure efficient and continuous functioning.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of equipment and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Identify, lead and manage a team of technicians and operators suitable for required job
Provide training and support to staff on operational procedures and safety practices
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and system performance
Communicate with senior management regarding operational status and strategic planning
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
