Job Purpose
Responsible for coordination of multiple projects across HRSSC and other departments with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation.

1.
Assist in designing HR strategic technology initiatives related to various HRSSC processes and aligned to the Group and HR annual priorities

Lead and drive various HR technology, automations, process improvements and transition projects within HRSSC
3.
Stakeholder management and governance meetings with various groups including other HR COEs, BU HR, IT Partners, vendors, leadership team, employees etc.
4.
Support in Program & Project management for various HR applications such as Oracle Fusion, Service Now, OpenText (DMS), Allsec(Payroll) & others, as applicable
5.
Responsible for driving change management initiatives within and outside HRSSC for various interventions.
6.
Responsible for planning and deciding the scope of work to be transitioned from various businesses to HRSSC, arrange for transfer of knowledge and ensure operational readiness through documentations like SOPs, manuals and checklists as applicable.

Develop & conduct project assessment for tracking readiness and evaluation
8.
Assess the risks and come up with mitigation plans and recommendations.
9.
Keep a track of the various projects and provide timely updates including issues, deviations, project overruns etc.
10.
Study end-to-end processes of HRSSC and overall HR function and come up with solutions to reduce the wastes or suggest to re-engineer the process wherever applicable.
11.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience & Educational Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computers & MBA (HR) preferred
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 12 years of experience in the HRSSC environment
4-6 years of experience in various HR IT and Transition projects
Functional knowledge of Oracle Core HR, SAP HR etc.
Ability to create Process flowcharts using MS Visio, create and track projects using MS projects/Excel
Exposure to RPAs like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.
Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner certifications would be an advantage.
Proven problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in program management and stakeholder management
Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
