Job Purpose
To deliver at an excellent service standard the operational processes across respective process Delivery Services within HR Shared Services

1.
Support the Tower Leads in carrying out the activities within stipulated timeline as per SLA
2.
Deliver quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders; Handling queries courteously & ensuring timely response
3.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
4.
Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems
5.
Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail; Give suggestions for process improvement
Experience & Educational Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or related field
Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years of experience
Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables
Knowledge of HRMS Systems & Service Delivery Platforms
