Job PurposeThe Assistant Manager will work along with the Marketing Manager/ Head to develop and implement Routeand Performance Marketing plans to meet the business goals of the assigned region and hubs.The Asst- Manager will work with the team to develop and execute campaigns to drive and the India Mobile app as the preferred booking channel and support other commercial areas.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

To be responsible for selected regions/hubs to develop and drive strategic and weekly tacticalmarketing plans with end to end execution.

Be the primary internal POC for campaign media planning & execution across all commercialdepartments including Brand, Social Media, PR, Ancillary and affiliates and partners.

To execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and promotions, events and launch plans for new routes,new services, and new products.

To maximise cost-effectiveness and improve media efficiency for every campaign and promotion -monitor and report cost of acquisition, ROI on campaign spends and indirect impact on associatedmarketing elements such as brand, flight search, social media engagement, PR and ORM, etc.

Track, measure and report marketing performance on a weekly basis. Work closely with Route Revenue, Sales and Distribution and Network Planning, Scheduling, Loyalty

and collaborate with internal creative teams to build world class campaigns. Work with media agencies to execute campaigns and supporting programs. Identify opportunities to offer new or enhanced products and/or extensions to new customer

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Qualification MBA / Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing from a premium institute

Work Experience Minimum 4-5 years of Travel marketing experience (5-7 years)

SkillsExperience and skills in managing internal and external agency resources to complete

projects against tight timelines and set budgets.
