QUALIFICATION:
Minimum Qualification should be Diploma or BE Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 10 Years

SKILLS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Skills: Good communication skill, Should be good able to write, manage internal clients
and vendor communication.
Recordkeeping: Able to manage and keep all records related to facilities operations, like vendor service
report, all facilities related MIS, Inventory management, PPM records, Asset management, support Cluster
manager for MMR, QBR reports.
Attention to Detail: Must be able to pay attention to the minute details of their respective job, whether
that is diagnostic testing, working on systems or recording any issues.
Technical Skills:
Should be able to understand and operate and maintain the equipment and systems.
Should have a better knowledge to handle the drawings, manuals etc. as per OEM procedures.
Should be able to understand and read the drawings (SLD of plumbing networks and Electrical SLD),
Water Line facilities, Power & Control systems and all related power distribution systems/feeders.
To have knowledge of issuing permits and type of work permits.
To have knowledge of identifying hazards and analyzing risk factors and should be able to take
effective control measures and update risk registers.
To have knowledge on current capacities of components and different kinds of cables.
Knowledge in using all types of electrical tools, insulation capacity, analogue and digital measuring
instruments etc.
Should be able to use Microsoft Office for preparing reports and presentations.
Should have knowledge on preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Knowledge of first aid including Basic life support activities.
Knowledge of using chemicals and their safety procedures.
Knowledge on threshold limits of equipment
Knowledge on HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To coordinate and lead the team of block engineers, team leaders, supervisors, technicians, operators, civil
workers, etc., to cover various areas of responsibility.
To assign the tasks to staff and supervise all assigned tasks are performed as directed and monitor the
deadlines for all scheduled tasks.
To supervise shift operations and operational requirements are maintained as instructed.
Staff management, task priorities and work methods must be coordinated in time.
To guide the staff to understand and operate complex machinery and systems upon breakdowns.
To monitor and ensure the achievement of agreed service levels and following up on any deficiencies /
snags.
Preparation of maintenance concepts, improvement proposals as well as material evaluations for the plant
related maintenance.
Ensure economic functionality of all departments and facilities.
Responsible for all periodic maintenance and timely reporting.
To study equipment performance timely and update observations to superiors.
To assist in installing new equipment and systems, troubleshoot and repair equipment if required.
To ensure vendor activities are performed only after the issue of permits.
To ensure activities are performed with all safety measures and with quality work.
To ensure all hazards are identified and mitigated with necessary control measures.
To ensure all records and logs are maintained with required parameters and authenticated with necessary
signatures and as instructed.
To prepare reports and analysis – according to contract and/or client requirements.
To respond to routine and emergency calls for all operational issues.
Monitor all incidents and escalate as per the agreed TAT
Follow escalation matrix at all time
To ensure all stock/inventories are up to date.
Have a walk through and observe the abnormalities/complaints and escalate the observed issues by raising
the Salesforce tickets.
Raise self generated tickets more than 10% a month
Follow up on all Salesforce tickets and close as per agreed TAT
To ensure zero accidents, zero incidents and 100% upkeep time of all critical equipment.
To ensure all technicians, plumbers and operators are well groomed and all safety gadgets are used while
performing certain activity in the work premises.
Verify invoices, delivery notes and work hours (In-house, external vendors and suppliers).
To train and get trained for specific work related activities.
To perform duties with a high level of Integrity, Commitment and responsibility.
To abide by company rules and policies, SOP’s.
Ensure to meet the KPI on monthly basis
