Job Title Director of Sales

Reports to Head of Sales

2. JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives for the team through brokers network in London. The incumbent will be based in London and selling Dubai products.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Managerial Accountabilities

Daily meetings with the team

Adhere to the KPI for the team

Constant coaching of the team

Weekly & monthly reviews with the team

Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions

Have a Customer centric approach

Good Follow-up & Lead management

Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets

Follow company policies

 

RM (UK)

Job Responsibilities:

 

The incumbent will be will be based in London and selling Dubai properties.

Partnering with local real estate brokers as agents to promote and sell off-plan and

ready properties in Dubai.

Market and promote completed and off-plan properties to existing clients and

potential investors globally through corporate brokers

Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities.

Travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with high-net worth

individuals and organizations to promote, market and sell off-plan and ready

properties.

Participate in Exhibitions and promotional events.

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum 2 years' of sales experience working with Property Developers or Real

Estate Brokerage in London, UK.

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
